delivery and returns

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days via Royal Mail, DPD or Hermes.

We aim to have your order delivered within 2-5 working days after dispatch.

During busy periods it may take longer to process your order. 

We will do everything we can to make sure we get your order to you as fast as possible, however we cannot guarantee the times if the courier company experiences delays.

Please note you are responsible for any customs charges related to your shipment if these apply.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return your item for a refund as long as the item is unopened, unused and in a resellable condition . Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return – we recommend sending your product recorded delivery just in case anything goes missing.

Please note returns are at your own cost unless you are returning a faulty product, when we will also refund the return postage costs.

In the event of a faulty product, please contact us at info@modm.co.uk so we can fix this for you. please note that, as with most natural products, there may be a slight difference in colour and fragrance between batches.
